. --------- o-----Out on Bail.Aldlue Spitzer, one of the batch of prisoners brought here some daysago from Broadway, in this county, charged with housebreaking, was bailed Tuesday evening by Judge Grattan, in the sum «f #500, for his appearance at the next term of the County Court. His father, Noah Spitzcr, and his father-in-law. Mr. Whissen, are his bondsmen.
