VANLANDINGHAM IS CLEAR OF KILLING CHARGEBARTLESVILLE. Okla. W—Acharge of second degree manslaughter against Dick Vanlandingham, 63, was dismissed yesterday by Justice of the PeaceJ. L. Barnes.Barnes granted the dismissal at the request of County Attorney Daniel Bassett who said sources of evidence prior to the December 21 shooting were “unreliable.”Vanlandingham, a stock tender, was charged in the shooting of Sollie Sam Glenn, 43, at the former’s rural home south of here.
