Will Welcome 'Airing of ‘ScundaVThe first arrest in the Cattaraugus County tombstone case has been made, and it is safe to presume that another or others are to follow.The regret able feature of the first arrest is that the one apprehended is a woman, but naturally this cannot be avoided under the circumstances. No wrong-doer. no matter what the sex, can hope to escape the law.'The charge placed against Mrs. Hillman• is that of obtaining proceeds of fraudulent• audit and payment in violation of the Pena!
