Hardy of Sherman signed the verdict as foreman.Miller pleaded self defense, and his attorneys, LeGrand Woods and .T. D. Buster, showed that his life had been threatened on numerous occasions by the deceased, Hell Crabtree. From the testimony introduced, the entire trouble appears to have been in the nature of a fued, growing out of trouble over live stock.
