Mr. L. E Wennberg.of Fish Lake, last week swore out a warrant for the arrest of L. S. Stenstrom on the charge of attempted criminal assault upon Mrs. Wennberg. The case was brought before Justice Gorham, who imposed a fine of $10 and costs, in all $20.31 or twenty days in jail. He paid the fine.
