tirmh Primers at Wheeling*The Wheeling Intelligencer of Friday last, aaji there are 110 prisoners in the Athoa-nom, and 21 oat on parole. Capt Bragg arrived there on Thursday from Wirt county, having: in charge some 84 prisoners, moat, if not all cf whom, belonged to the somewhat notorious Moccasin rangers, who have beenpillaging and murdering throughout Wirt, Beene, Gilmer and adjoining counties for some considerable length of time. The cold weather of the past three or four days drove them into their homes. We beve no hesitation in saving that they, are the hardest looking set of vagabonds we ever saw. Some of them are lame, halt and; frosted, and there is scarcely a comfortable anft of clothes in the whole crowd.
