Judge Sentences Brothers MondayMEMPHIS. Mo.—Joseph L. Gutting, judge of the Ninth Judicial District, sentenced Pearlie F. Hatcher and Herbert Junior Hatcher to two years each in the Missouri Stale Penitentiary following their appearance in circuitcourt Monday.The two were charged uith committing a felony in thetheft which occurred on the farm of Willie Staples nearGorin on Thursday of lastweekHerbert Junior Hatcher. 27,will be taken to the penitentiary within the next few days * *to begin his sentence. Judge Gutting has referred the case of Pearlie F.
