“Blue Sky” Men Now Under Arrest.The trials of the men who were indicted by the Decathr County Grand Jury, charged with being members of a Blue Sky” syndicate, will come up in the January term of the Decatur Circuit Court, which is now in session. The men were arrested for trying to work a fraudulent land deal on John W. V. Penn, of Jennings County. Penn gave a deed to his farm in this county and was supposed to re-caive in trade, some real estate in the oity of Greensburg The deed which Penn held to the Greensburg property was proven to be of no value. Nine men were indicted the charges against each varying acoording to the part that it was olaimed each took in the deal. The last member of the gang, John A Grin stead, a former Jennings County resident, was arrested at Indianapolis, Sunday morning, and brought to Greensburg to await trial. It is claimed that Grinstead, having at one time been a neighbor and close friend of Penn, came down to Penn’s home and persuaded him to make the trade. The men have filed separate motion s for separate trials. Dr. C. W. Pagel, of Greensburg, will be tried first
