tent wished to refer.Martin Groening was arraigned before Justice Merrill this morning oa the charge of stealing some brass from, the Qincinnati Northern, depot early in November. ‘'Hungry” Cook was arrested at the time on the same charge, but he pleaded guilty in the circuit 00011; last week and was not up this morning. Groening was released on the charge of larceny and immediately re-arrested on a charge of burglary. This raises the maximum punishment from five to 15 : years.' The examination was set forSaturday at 6 o’clock.Building Trades Council.
