Ex-Social Worker Pleads GuiltyWINCHESTER — A former Winchester soda] worker will spend six months in jail after pleading guilty to having sexual encounters with a teenage ward of the city.Deirdre Rae Noggie, 36, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Frederick Countv Circuit Court to six counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor while in a custodial relationship.She was sentenced under a plea agreement to 30 years in prison with ail but six months suspended.
