stop sign on Broad Street at Carleton Road attempting to make a left turn onto westbound Carleton Road when a vehicle signaled for her to proceed through. Winchell proceeded through the intersection, did not observe Kugler traveling eastbound on Carleton Road and struck the right side of the Kugler vehicle. Winchell was not using a seat belt and Kugler was using a seat belt; they were not injured. Kugler was cited for notthe right of way from a stop sign after he collided with a vehicle driven by Olin W. Spieth, 54, of 13077 Carpenter Drive, Camden, at 5 p.m. Monday. According to police Spieth was southbound on South Manning Street when Weisenburger was eastbound on Hallett Street, failed to yield and struck the Speith vehicle. { The drivers were using seat belts and were not injured. ]
