3 Sentenced inJustice CourtMarvin Brier, Nampa, arrested on a bench warrant Sunday, was sentenced to six months in the Canyon County jail by Webster Caldwell, Justice of the Peace.Caldwell explained that the jail sentence was postponed when Brier was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace December 49. He was released on his own recognizances December 24.Two Boise men, George W. McBride, 2414 Ona St., and Harry W. Collard, 1309 S. Roosevelt, were each fined $28 and costs Sunday in Caldwell's court on charges of shooting geese in a closed area.
