NuptialsWhite stock and gladioli arrangements formed a setting for the marriage of Miss Betty Ansel of Rosenberg, and Erwin Petrusek, of Miami, Florida, at seven o’clock Wednesday evening, Dec. 29th. Rev. H. T. Morgan, of Grace Methodist church of Houston, read the nuptials in the living room of the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Ansel, in Rosenberg. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Petrusek, of Wallis.The bride wore a grey gabardine suit with matching accessories, and a corsage of pink gardenias. Her sister, Mrs. Jack Kunz, of Rosenberg, the bride’s only attendant, was dressed in aqua taffeta. Her corsage was of white carnations.Ben Petrusek of Houston, attended his brother as best man.For her daughter’s wedding, Mrs. Ansel wore a grey dress, accented with a red carnation corsage. Mrs. Petrusek selected an aqua suit, and wore a pink carnation corsage.A reception followed the ceremony at the home. Mrs. J. D. Alexander, sister of the bride, presided over the coffee service,and Mrs. David L. Wooley cutand served the three tiered wedding cake after the bride ! groom cut the first slice.Billy Koupa registeredguests.The couple left after the reception for Miami.
