Man Will See Lawyer About Burglary ChargeA La Crosse-area man accused of burglary had his County Court case continued Fridav to Mon-wday so he may consult a lawyer.Judge Leonard Roraff ordered the release of the man. William B. Broadhead Jr, 22. R. 3. on a $200 cash bond pending further proceedings.The complaint filed by Asst Dist. Atty. Mark Lukoff says that on Jan. 1 Broadhead burgled Fogy's Pizza Inn, 710 S. 3rd St.It says Pogy’s operator Clarence R. Pogreba told police he returned to his place of business about 6:40 a.m. the dav of the alleged burglary and saw a white van parked nearbyIt says Pogreba reported he noticed a door to the place open and saw two men come out, one of whom he recognized as Broadhead, enter the van and drive away.The complaint alleges thatwhen detectives questioned Broadhead he told them a Steve Hall, identified as a formerPogy s employe, had given him a key to iiie place and told him to go there to get some food.It savs Broadhead stated he in-wserted the key in the lock, but noticed approaching headlights and left without entering thebuilding.
