During HolidaysWarrants carging reckless driving and manslaughter were issuedagainst Miss Willie Hill Matthews, 40, of Calico Rock, Ark, following Montgomery County's first traffic fatality of the New Year- Friday morning.Miss Matthews posted bond for -U3 | her . appearence in Montgomery County Court Jan. -27 to answer the charges brought in connection with the death of nine-.vear old Charlene Louise Albright of Baltimore resulting from a collision of the Matthews and Albright cars a mile and a half east of Radford on route 11.Trooper H. C. Board said the victim was returning to.Baltimore with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bordan T. Albright, and ft sister, Margaret, 14, after a holiday trip when the mishap occurred on the curve a quarter of a mile west of the intersection of routes 11 and 688.Board said the Matthews car, going west, skidded on the wet pave-d!j-mlt;?nt and crashed into the Albright u‘]j;ear striking it. under the left rear window.
