FI UK AT WALKKBSVlLIiK.A More nod Dwelling Destroyed bythe Flame* hast Night,About midnight last night the store and dwelling belonging to Mr. D. W. Wachter, at Waikersvllle, this county,was entirely destroyed by fire. The property wai situated in the town of Waikersvllle and was formerly owned by Mr. Brook Jamison. When the fire was discovered it had made too much headway to be extinguished, and although a crowd soon collected and rendered wbatservices they were able to, the store fixtures and dwelling were soon In ashes. The fire is thought to be of incendiary orUin and is supposed to have been started somewhere In the center of the store. The loss on the stock is estimated at $ 15,00 and on the building about $3,000. The eniire lo*s is covered by Insurance.
