Bond ElectionBAILEY —• The fown of Bailey will hold a special bond election Saturday for improving the water and sewer systems.At stake will be $110,000 worth of bonds and if okayed, will be matched by Federal funds. Of this, $50,000 Is slated for the water system and the remaining bonds for the sewer system.
