POLICE STATION ENTERTAINS MANYThe No. 2 police station has had the largest business of any lodging house on ihe North Side during the year 190#. There were 1905 lodgers. 1.800 of them being tramps and 2 05 arrests. Tb°re wene seven deaths within the furisdirtion of the station, four being .killed by cars, one by j the s’re*»t lt;•**•*, one drowned, and ! #ne accidentally killed. In 1R96 the police atation w*as changed to the present location on Mill street and the first lodger of the new station w as a maw by the name or Farrington.
