—On Tuesday night of last week, three worthies of this city, namely Fluck Welch, Mike Kignoj', and Tom O’Herin, forced themselves into the house of a Mr. Long, on the Middlo-bury road, struck and badly bruised Mrs. Long and played the mischief in general, until Messrs. Ray mo, Wade and Hoyt, near neighbors, came to the relief of the family. O’Herin was brought before ’Squire Billings on Monday and fined some ten dollars, Welch turned “States evidence” and swote that he went into the house to bring the other two out, while Rigny is among the missing.
