CHARGES AGAINST ASYLUM KEEPERS.The La Crosse County Board of Supervisors will Hold an Investigation.La Crosse, Wis., Dec. 29.—[Special.] —i The board of county supervisors have decided to appoint a committee of three to investigate charges against the management of the La Crosse county insane asylum. located at West Salem. They do this, not because they think there is anything radically wrong, but because there have been many charges in the newspapers in articles signed and unsigned charging tin* attendants with cruel andinhuman treatment.
