2 Divorces Granted In District CourtHarold A. Brokaw was granted a divorce Tuesday from 'Rosemary Brokaw and Virginia Allhouse was granted a divorce from Robert All-house Dec. 24 in two cases heard by Judge J. E. Heiserman in Jones county district court. Both judgments were awarded by default when defendants failed to appear in court to answer the petitions.Mr. and Mrs. Allhouse were married July 28, 1953 and separated in July, 1955. They have one child. She is to get custody of the child and receive $30 a month for her support in addition to court costs, attorney fees and household furnish-jngs.The Brokaws were married May 7.1954 at Toms River, N. J. and separated Aug. 7, 1954. Custody of their one child was granted to the mother and court costs were, assessedagainst Brokaw.Gloe Weers filed suit for divorce against DeWayne V. Weers, charging cruelty. They were married Oct. 12,1955 at Lancaster, Mo., and separated eight days later. According to Mrs. Weers’ petition, they were married while he was on leave from service.
