She says she was a guest in a car dnven by Richard Coglizer and owned by Rose Coglizer, his mother, on Dec. 12, when the car left the highway about five and a half miles east on O st. and went into a creek, resulting in injuries to her. The suit was filed by Attorney Max Kier.• Suit for $10,000 damages was filed in district court Friday by Ada Raper against the Gould Dietz Investment company and Ethel Willy. The plaintiff says she was badly injured when she fell down a stair at 518 So. 11th st. on July 1 at an apartment house in which she had rented an apartment from the defendants. The investment company is an Omaha concern.
