O., February 28 —Judge Bradbury sentenced to-day to the Penitentiary the following£ersons, all of whom pleaded guilty, exoept Chas. owery, who was given one yoar for shooting with Intent wound; Jacob Bougher and Geo. Brown, two years each, for forgery; Daniel Connor and Vin. Brown, two years each, for burglary.
