A neighbor had reportedly seen him playing with his dog outside his Horse Creek Valley home at about 8:45 a.m. that day.The FBI, the Aiken County Sheriffs Office and various missing children agencies pooled efforts over the last 10 years to try to find the child.Recently, while on a project at Myrtle Beach, employees with Surveillance Private Law Enforcement met psychic Ron Mangum.
