International Falls Man Shot to DeathINTERNATIONAL FALLS, Minn, j (ffi — A 22-year-old man, Charles | Heath, was shot to death last night and County Attorney L. P. Blom* holm said the victim's former father-in-law, Dave Grondi/s, 73, is being held without charge in connection with the investigation.Blomholm said the shooting occurred at Grondin’s home, where Heath’s divorced wife, Loretta, 19, has been living since she received a default decree earlier this month. Circumstances surrounding the shooting have not been learned.Heath died from a bullet from a 30-30 rifle. He was hit in theneck.Blomholm said Heath forfeited $25 bail Feb. 15 on a nuisance charge filed after the operator of a restaurant where Mrs. Heath was employed as a waitress complained that Heath was bothering her.The Heaths bad one daughter, Su2anne, 2.
