FORGERY IS CHARGED AGAINST BALDWIN; TWO OTHER CASES IN COURTInformation charging Rodney Baldwin, of Hudson, with forgery, in uttering u false check for the sum of $92.50, was filed by the county attorney yesterday afternoon. Baldwin was in the city jail held for speeding:, consequently ho was brought before Judge \\\ N. Birdsall in municipal court, immediately ■ for hearing on the more serious accusation. The prisoner asked for a continuance in order that he might arrange for an attorney. Tile request was granted and his preliminary hearing will bo tomorrow.The father of (ho young man fur-nisbed $!00 as appearance bondand he was released.The preliminary hearing of O. W. Bandy, who was taken from an Illinois Central train having several suitcases filled with liquor in Isis possession, was also continued, to March 5. The information against Bandy charges illegal keeping of liquor. He was reloascd under $15 0 bond.Ernest Ledtje, who is but 18years old. pleaded guilty to illegal| transportation of liquor,at the uft-j ernoon session qf court, and was] ilued $100 and costs, a total of $ 129.2ih The youth's father assumed resyousibllty for payment ofthe line and lie was released.i
