FORGERY IS CHARGED AGAINST BALDWIN; TWO OTHER CASES IN COURTInformation charging Rodney Baldwin, of Hudson, with forgery, in uttering u false check for the sum of $92.50, was filed by the county attorney yesterday afternoon. Baldwin was in the city jail held for speeding:, consequently ho was brought before Judge \\\ N. Birdsall in municipal court, immediately ■ for hearing on the more serious accusation. The prisoner asked for a continuance in order that he might arrange for an attorney.
