Davison, 0. M. Ohenoweth, Wm4H- Mendenhall, VV. R. Cogshell, John C. Johnson, Thos, M. Squires, Henry G. Worl, Wm. Bell, John Charles, Thos. W. F’ennimore, Jacob‘Gettinger and Charles Trine. The' State was represented by Marsh and Gaullet£, Mincer by Col-grove and ^Miller,The testimony of Mrs. Robinson, who is a pleasant looking Quaker women, was very affecting anddrew tears from many of the liet-neis as she told the great outrage that had beeif attempted upon her.
