Two Arrested After Scuffle In RestaurantTwo fcjndicott men were arrested on disorderly conductcharges this afternoon, following a noon-hour fracas m the Comer Grill at Washington Avenue and Main Street.Released under $23 bail each pending arraignment tomorrow were Carl Retchel, 18, of 122 W Wendell St, an Endlcott Johnson employe, and John Michael, 19. of 12 S. Loder Ave.. a postgraduate student at Unton--Endicott High School.Sgt. ’Joseph A. CaroSella said the two men became involved in a fight during the noon rush at the restaurant.One of the restaurant booths was broken during the ’fracas, which was witnessed by a large mqnber of high school students.] '
