Their preliminary hearing wa» held before Justice of the Peace W. K. 3rtffith. Walter McCurry. Bill Ward and Russell Harrison were discharged. It was shbwn that McCurry was at home on the nigbt of the robbery attending a sick baby, and there was little evidence offered to connect Ward and Harrison with the robbery.The evidence showed that Shoemake and Smith and Runsell Harrison were at the home of Ma Woodall, a widow who lives six miles from Porum. early Ih the evening ot the robbery.
