Although the evidence was very meager young Good was .held for the action of the grand jury but when that body met they failed to be convinced that he was guilty and he was discharged without being Indicted.At the same time that Mr. Good was arrested on the criminal charge sui} was also commenced against him in thedistrict court by the girl for $2,000 damages biit it . never, reached trial until last Friday evening when a jury was secured ana the case started.
