Scott Waives To JuryWilliam Vandall Scott of 105 Rice St., waived to the grand jury Friday before Town District Magistrate W. A. Burke on a felonious assault charge.Soctt, charged with shooting his wife at their home Sunday at 4:35 p.m., appeared before Burke Sunday and was released on bond.He will appear at the March term of Raleigh County Criminal Court.
