Murder Hearing Continued In CharlottesvilleCHARLOTTESVILLE (AP)— A preliminary hearing for Eugene Samuel Mapson, accused of killing 19 - year - old Mrs. Laraine Pysell on Feb. 11, was continued today until March 25.Municipal Court Judge Allan N. Spitzer granted the continuance at the request of Commonwealth’s Atty. John T. Cambios.Cambios told the court the investigation had not been completed.Mapson. 22-year-o!d Negro laborer from Norfolk, was picked up by Norfolk police Feb. 16 while hiding in the attic of his wife’s home. He had escaped from a penitentiary work detail near Proffit the day Mrs. Pysell was killed.Her body was found two days later in a swampy wasteland near the Rivanna River.
