'FIVE MACKINAC ISLAND MEN 60 TO JAIL 20 DAYS : FOR DRUNK, DISORDERLYST.1IGNACE, Feb. 25. — Five Mackinac Island men were in the• • • »Mackinac county jail serving sentences of 20 days each today for charges of being: drunk and disorderly. One man, William Fisher, was arrested in St. Ignace February 21 and the others were arrested on the Island February 22 and 23. The arrests were made by state troopers, Sheriff William McCauley and John McLean, St. Ignace marshal.The men are William Fisher 23, Joseph Andrea, 24, Frank Vlsnaw, 27, Arthur Cadotte, 24, and Edward Boiles, 51., They were arraigned before Justice Ralph Henderson Tuesday evening and were given the choice of a $10.00 fine and $4.30 coats and ten days in jail or 20 days in jail. They are all serving the 20 days.In measuring the men for the court house records it was found that the men were one inch apart in each case and they ranged from five feet eight inches to six feet. Thus Boiles ' Is five feet eight Inches, Visnaw five nine; Andreaw five ten; Cadotte five eleven and Fisher was exactly six feet.Another man, John Anthony, 23. of Brimlei* was arrested on Feb. 22 by state ' troopers and the sheriff and charged with driving without an operator's license.
