The Mansfield women have taken np a public library project and are determined to have one. The Libiary Association must not permit Mansfield to put plans into execution before Massillon has a flourishing institution in existence.The IxiJBpr.N'DJiST stands corrected. Mr.Clement Russell says he owns a copy of the old edition of Howe’s Historical Collection,3which he obUiined as an original subscriber forty years ago. Mr. Russell has a valuable book, but those who get a copy of the forthcoming edition will have a better one.
