SHERIFF’S SALE.BY virtue of an execution to me directed from the Clerk’s office of the Jefferson Circuit Court, in favor ot Jae. ffitchie and against David Wise and Thomas T. Stribting, I will, on the 18th day of January, 1843, between the hours of 10 o’clock, A. M., and 4 o’clock P. M, of said day, at the court house door in the city of Madison, expose at public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, the rents and profits for seven years of the following described real estate, to-wit: lying and being in the county of Jefferson and State of Indiana, and being the South West quarter of section eighteen, in township four, North of Tango ten East, or so much thereof as will be of value sufficient to satisfy said execution.And in case the rents and profits should not sell for a sum sufficient to satisfy said writ, I shall at the same time and place offer at public outcry the fee simple right of said premises, with the appurtenances to the highest bidder, j for cash in hand, to satisfy efcid execution, jThis 27th day of January, 1843. |WM: H.
