No Charge IAgainstHendryMark Alan Hendry, )b, has neither been arrested nor . charged with the alleged assault of a 19-year-old Naples man.Hendry, who Is on probation for burglary nnd faces trial on a charge of grand larceny, was named as a suspect in a sworn complainl filed with Naples police during the weekend.Police turned the statement signed by Neal Berman of 1014 Ixora Court over to the state attorney s office. Prosecutors received it today, said they will review it and then decide if there is enough evidence and justification to substantiate the filing of charges and having the suspect arrested.A result of the review could also be thal no charges will be filed. Although the sworn statement labeled “assault, officials said, it is more like reckless driving.
