Former Reform School Youths Arrested AgainTwo city youths who spent several months in reform school last year for ear theft were arrested again this past weekend and charged with stealing three other autos.Police said the boys, Aller. Blye and Donnie Robinson, both 15, have admitted all three thefts. Charged with auto larceny and Joy riding, they’ll be tried in Kingsport Juvenile Court at 0:30 a.m. TuesdayBlye. 315 Dunbar St., and Robinson, 003 E. Sullivan, were arrested Saturday by Detective Captain Brady Lane and Del. Bob Moore.They allegedly stole a 1968 model ear from the Scott Motors lot Saturday, drove il around, and returned it to the lot.On Feb. 15, the youths took a 1970 ear from Tom Yancey, Inc., and struck a utility pole, then abandoned il on the parking lot at Kingsport Foundry, police sard.The third ear, also a 1970 model, was taken from Parkway Buiek and then returned Feb- J5.About a year ago the boys and several other youths wore found guilty of stealing several cars during a spreein Kingsport.
