Weers was originally arrested Jan. 27, 1948 and Wells on Oct. 25, 1947, both on driving while intoxicated charges. Weers was released Wednesday when back payments on fine were made. Wells is serving out balance of his fine at rate of $3.33 per day.Petit jury for January term of court has boon dismissed. Due to; length of time consumed in Burke-Reiter case, no new date has been assigned for case of Herman N.j Welter, Dubuque, against Citizens Savings bank, Anamosa.
