Six Dunkirk Men arrested by Polite-One gets Prison Term,Dunkirk, Feb- 21.—jJoseph Byglicki, aged 34 years, of Stegelski avetfhe, proprietor of a soft drink establishment, was sentenced to serve the next 15 days in the county jail, he being unable to pay a $50 fine imposed on Mm by Municipal Judge Anthony JohnsonSaturday, when he pleaded guilty to aviolation of the city's soft drink ordinance. Ryglicki was one of the six arraigned in court on this charge. The raid was conducted by the police. * John Warek, 32 years old, Of 263 Railroad avenue; Casper Kasmicislci,217 Roberts Road; John Keopple, 40 years old, of 101 Railroad avenue; Alfred Jefferson, Third street, and William Sheehan, Third street, each .paidthe fine of $50 imposed and escaped a jail sentence.
