Wei-burg, of Elison Bay, who was charged with threatening the life and welfare of William Mulloch, of the same place, came up before Justice Sherman last Friday. The court bound the defendant over in the sum of $200 to keep the peace for six months. He was also charged up with some #40 costs of suit, Both assessment and security were furnished on the spot and the prisoner discharged from custody.
