The Grand ; Jury was duly impanneled and charged and the usual routine business of the com-mencement of a term transacted. The civil d docket is quite light, only numbering about Ta hundred cases. Cogswell, Esq , has duly entered upon the discharge of his duties, though the late Prosecutor, John Mackey, Esq., will assist, lt;we believe, in the trial of Schaefler.
