Teen-Age Nursing AidWas Beaten to DeathRACINE (AP) — The bodv of«ra teen-age nursing aide, whohad been reported missing Saturday, was discoveredSunday in an isolated rural area■ %about six miles west of Racine.Sheriff Joseph Blessinger said the victim had been beatento death with “an extremelymheavy instrument,” but thatdetails concerning the cause ofdeath would remain unofficial until the outcome of an autopsytoday.WThe victim was identified as Patricia Green, 17. of Racine.Her parents had contacted authorities after she failed to arrive home from work Friday night. She was a nurse's aide at St. Luke’s Hospital.Blessinger said the body was found near railroad tracks near Franksvilie. He described the scene as extremely isolated,* 7with a farmhouse about a mile away being the nearest structure.Authorities said there was no immediate reason to link Miss Green’s death with those of two other young women in Racine County in the last eight months.Portions of the dismembered body of Miss Stephanie Casberg, 17, a Milwaukee waitress, were discovered in northern Racine County lastJuly. The body of another girl had been found in the same area a few weeks earlier.Miss Green had last been seen by fellow workers Friday night, waiting outside the hospital fora ride.The body was clad in the same yellow uniform she had worn to work.
