Charged With Striking Woman.Lee Flournoy was arrested in front of a Chinese restaurant at No. 117 East Fifth street last night by Constable Thomas Walker on a charge of having assaulted a woman. He was arraigned before Justice E. G. Morrison last night and his bond fixed at $300.; He was unable to obtain bond and was confined In the city jail. It is said'' that he struck the woman in the face.
