Mast Face The Charge.Sheriff Cad C. Fuok went to Evans* ville* Sunday morning and returned in the afternoon with Martin Sturgeon, who bad been arrested on a charge of assaalt and battery and also disturbing religious services. It is reported that Sturgeon threw a rock through a window at a preacher at Sulphur last October and this is said to »be the grounds on which the charges are brought. For some time he has been in the employ of the Metal Bed Co., at Evansville, where he was arrested last Friday. He is about eighteen years of age and is a resident a Perry county, jnst over the line from Sulphur. He is yet in jail.
