There will probably be noCourt tomorrow.* * ♦No business was transacted in Court today. Judge Wilson came down from Bloomington at 4:3o, to fix up the requisition papers of Otto Green for the Sheriff of Mat tooc, III. Green was arrested a few days ago by Sheriff Smith,on a charge of embezzlement made by a hotel keeper at Mattoon. He was clerk at the hotel, had charge of buying supplies, and is alleged to have kept money given him for that purpose and had the goods charged to the hotel keep er. Green is about 23 years of age, and is a son of Jame(s Green.
