Henson, a construction worker in Temple.Fourteen witnesses, called by County Attorney Ray Berkley , were excused after the men told Magistrate Judge Vic Goering they would waive the right to a hearing.Goering bound the pair ovei and recommitted them to the Reno County jail. They were arraigned for trial in District Court in the afternoon.
