JVbiny of Those Indicted Arraigned in Circuit Court.; Trials are Set for Third Week. ItSix prisoners Who have been confined in the Laurel jail for some time were sentenced to terms in the state penitentiary or on the county roads by .Judge W. Joe Pack, Tuesday afternoon. They were among those indicted by the grand jury in a partial report on Tuesday and entered pleas of guilty when arraigned. Others against whom bills of indictment wftrfc returned entered pleas of not guilty and will be tried during the thirdweek of i,ourt.Following are the sentences metedout by Judge Pack Tuesday afternoon: Gary Thompson ft years; Frank Wood, one year, six months suspended; Lem Sullivan, 4 year*; Barnev Tucker, one year on -county roads, all supended; Calvin Dear-man. one year penitentiary* six months suspended; and Leater Sea-brook. one year.Thompson and Wood were indicted in connection with the recent theft and wrecking of the automobile of I; R. Bradahaw. Sullivan was indicted for alleged dealing of a horse; Calvin Dearman for robbery, and Lister Segbrook
