Suit was brought to recover damages to the amount of #1H on fourteen turkeys which the petition in appeal from tne justice court of B. W. King of Trimble, stated that the defendant unlawfully seized and carried away. Many witnesses were examined and the case was given to the jury yesterday morning. An agreement was reached at 12 o'clock. A verdict was returned for the plaintiff, damages being allowed to the amount of1112*. Court then adjourned until yo’clock this morning.rati A ■ » * «r • A I
