Millikcn Appoints Judge For Dickinson CountyLANSING (UPI)-Norway attorney Howard Vielmetti was appointed Dickinson CountyProbate Judge by Gov. WilliamG. Millikcn today.He succeeds Judge V. Robert Payant, who was elected to the district court, for a term expiring Jan. 1, 1971.Vielmetti, 55, is president of the Dickinson County Bar Association and a 1938 graduate ot the University of Michigan Law | School. He has served on t hlt; Dickinson County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees for the past 15 vears.
