DOUBLE LIFE IS BEVEALED.Alton Contractor ConfeMea Over-powering Desire to StealHenry Schuelle, a wealthy and long respected building contractor, in custody on a charge of burglary, confessed in Alton that for years he had been entering the stores of his neighbors at night and stealing. He knew he was doing wrong, he said, but he was unable to overcome the desire to steal.
